Property Redress Scheme

We are members of the Property Redress Scheme. This gives you peace of mind that if something goes wrong, you have access to an independent organisation to review your complaint.

If we’re unable to resolve things between us, you can ask the Property Redress Scheme to step in and make a fair decision.

How the Property Redress Scheme works:

  1. Raise a complaint with us
    If you’re unhappy with our service, please let us know first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.

  2. We investigate and respond
    We’ll review your complaint and do our best to put things right.

  3. Escalate if needed
    If you’re not satisfied with our final response, you can refer your complaint to the Property Redress Scheme.

  4. Independent review
    The Property Redress Scheme will look at the details from both sides and assess the situation fairly.

  5. Final decision
    They will issue a decision, which we are required to follow. This may include recommendations or compensation where appropriate.
